TrueSpeed Benchmark

本プライバシーポリシーは、TrueSpeed Benchmark（以下「本アプリ」）におけるデータの取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリは、外付けストレージの持続書込速度を測定し、SLCキャッシュ枯渇を検出するベンチマークツールです。

1. 収集するデータ

本アプリは、ユーザーの同意のもとで以下のデータを収集します。

1-1. Mac 情報

モデル識別子（例: MacBookPro18,1）
アーキテクチャ（Apple Silicon / Intel）
macOS バージョン
アプリバージョン・ビルド番号
CPU コア数・メモリ容量
チップ名・GPU 名
システム言語

1-2. ストレージデバイス情報

ボリューム名・ファイルシステム種別・容量
デバイスベンダー・モデル名
接続タイプ（USB / Thunderbolt / NVMe 等）
リンク速度・ファームウェアバージョン
USB Vendor ID / Product ID
コントローラチップ情報（検出された場合）

1-3. ベンチマーク結果

書込/読込速度の統計値（最大・最小・平均速度）
SLC キャッシュ枯渇検出ポイント
時系列速度データ（0.25秒間隔の CSV）
テスト時間・書込/読込バイト数

1-4. 匿名識別子

インストール ID ハッシュ: アプリ初回起動時に生成される UUID を SHA-256 でハッシュ化したもの。元の UUID はサーバーに送信されません。

収集しないデータ: 氏名、メールアドレス、位置情報、シリアル番号、ハードウェア UUID、閲覧履歴、写真、連絡先、その他の個人を特定可能な情報は一切収集しません。

3. ユーザーの同意と選択

3-1. 初回同意

アプリの初回起動時に、データアップロードの内容を説明する同意画面が表示されます。同意いただいた場合のみ、テスト結果がサーバーに送信されます。

3-2. いつでもオプトアウト可能

アプリの設定画面から「テスト結果を Firebase にアップロード」を無効にすることで、いつでもデータ送信を停止できます。無効化後は、テスト結果はローカルにのみ保存されます。

3-3. ランキングの閲覧

データアップロードを無効にしても、ランキングの閲覧は引き続き可能です。

4. データの保存と管理

4-1. 保存先

データは Google Firebase（Cloud Firestore および Cloud Storage）に保存されます。Firebase のインフラストラクチャは Google Cloud Platform 上で運用されています。

4-2. セキュリティ

すべての通信は HTTPS で暗号化されます
データは HMAC-SHA256 署名により改ざんを検出します
匿名認証を使用しており、ユーザーアカウントの作成は不要です

4-3. データの公開

収集されたデータはランキングとして集計・匿名化した形で公開されます。個別のテスト結果が個人に紐付く形で公開されることはありません。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. データの削除

アップロード済みデータの削除をご希望の場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。インストール ID ハッシュに基づき、該当データを特定・削除いたします。

8. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて更新されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはこのページで通知します。

Privacy Policy

TrueSpeed Benchmark

This Privacy Policy describes how TrueSpeed Benchmark ("the App") handles your data. The App is a benchmark tool that measures the sustained write speed of external storage devices and detects SLC cache exhaustion.

1. Data We Collect

With your consent, the App collects the following data.

1-1. Mac Information

Model identifier (e.g., MacBookPro18,1)
Architecture (Apple Silicon / Intel)
macOS version
App version and build number
CPU core count and memory size
Chip name and GPU name
System language

1-2. Storage Device Information

Volume name, filesystem type, and capacity
Device vendor and model name
Connection type (USB / Thunderbolt / NVMe, etc.)
Link speed and firmware version
USB Vendor ID / Product ID
Controller chip information (if detected)

1-3. Benchmark Results

Write/read speed statistics (max, min, average)
SLC cache exhaustion detection point
Time-series speed data (CSV at 0.25-second intervals)
Test duration and bytes written/read

1-4. Anonymous Identifier

Install ID Hash: A SHA-256 hash of a UUID generated at first launch. The original UUID is never sent to any server.

Data we do NOT collect: Names, email addresses, location data, serial numbers, hardware UUIDs, browsing history, photos, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information.

2. Purpose of Data Collection

3. Your Consent and Choices

3-1. Initial Consent

On first launch, the App presents a consent screen explaining what data will be uploaded. Data is only sent to the server if you provide consent.

3-2. Opt Out at Any Time

You can stop data uploads at any time by disabling "Upload test results to Firebase" in the App's Settings. After disabling, test results are stored locally only.

3-3. Rankings Access

You can still view the rankings even with data uploads disabled.

4. Data Storage and Security

4-1. Storage Location

Data is stored on Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Cloud Storage), which operates on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure.

4-2. Security Measures

All communications are encrypted via HTTPS
Data integrity is verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures
Anonymous authentication is used; no user account creation is required

4-3. Public Data

Collected data is aggregated and anonymized for public rankings. Individual test results are never published in a way that identifies any person.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Data Deletion

If you wish to have your uploaded data deleted, please contact us using the information below. We can identify and remove your data based on your Install ID Hash.

8. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as needed. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the App or on this page.
